Solid air conditioning kept the room cool, even during hot days out exploring. Rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed.
No elevator, making for a sweaty trek to upper floors after a long day. The air conditioning only had on/off functionality, limiting temperature control. Bathrooms could use some updating despite being perfectly functional.

The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival.
I encountered serious issues during my stay, mainly due to the lack of an elevator that made navigating the hotel extremely inconvenient, especially after a long day of exploring. Climbing multiple flights of stairs to reach my room on the third floor was exhausting. Furthermore, I found the bathroom could really use some updates, and the lingering odors were quite unpleasant. Overall, the lack of assistance with my luggage when checking out compounded my frustration.

Request a room with a window, as many don’t have one, and it makes a significant difference in ambiance.

Free wi-fi in rooms is great. Car park is off-site, which is inconvenient.

Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering fresh fruit and juice, which set a pleasant tone. The staff's attentiveness was notable, with one member providing local insights while handling my luggage. However, navigating to the room was challenging due to the absence of an elevator, and the air conditioning in public areas could use improvement. Overall, a decent experience with lovely service but some logistical shortcomings.

The staff were incredibly friendly! The room was clean and had a nice view from the rooftop pool, which was an unexpected bonus, really helped me unwind after those long days.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was cozy and clean, just what we needed after a long day. The bed was firm and comfortable, which I love. The bathroom was decent, but a bit old-fashioned. The lack of an elevator made getting to the 4th floor a bit of a climb, especially after a day out. But honestly, the hospitality and service more than made up for it. Super quiet at night too, so we slept great.

Amazing stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and I loved the big room with a comfortable bed. Just a heads up, the WiFi was weaker in the room than at the reception.
